S1 Quicksilver – Unique Knife for Collectors of Fine Art

$1,200.00

Quicksilver is a unique knife for collectors of fine art. Unique in its design and many complex features. This knife is a fully functional work of art.

Although designed to be a work of art, the materials used in its construction are robust enough for it to be a functional working knife.  The handle is fabricated from Arizona Desert Ironwood, a strong and beautifully rich looking wood.

The blade is mirror polished and fashioned from 440 C stainless steel. Fileworked front and rear nickel silver bolsters compliment the chatoyance of this handle material.  Both the spine and tang are fileworked, but it is the tang that makes this knife unique.  Brass Pins have been inserted inside the filework – a technique rarely seen.  Brass tang liners have been added to highlight this unusual and striking feature.

Be assured that this and every knife on the website is handcrafted by this master craftsman – from design to finished product, all constructed in-house in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada.

  • Chosen by SCC Juried Dimensions Art Exhibition to tour across Canada
