W16 – Elk Horn Hunting Knife

High end hunting knife – a possible heirloom – lots of added value here. This elk horn hunting knife has front brass bolsters, black tang liners and a brass rear butt plate as well as a few other embellishments to give it a look and feel all its own. A special technique was designed to attach this butt plate to the full tang knife which results in a stronger handle. The blade is a 4 inch drop point constructed of ATS-34 stainless steel and has been given a fileworked spine for extra grip. There are 21 separate pieces that went into this knife making it a unique and dependable tool for any hunter or outdoorsman. A knife that will give you many years of enjoyment and use – something to be passed down to the next hunter in the family.

A custom handmade, welted and fitted leather sheath is included.

See W3 for another hunting knife choice with bolsters.
